    its time, no more full sugar anything, pepsi max and lower shite options please. Im not unhappy or anything but i suppose in a few years i might be, so starting now im just going to slowly reduce intake.

    I also need to start excersise …. but not over the top, just be more active. Walk when possible and cancel the Gym membership - its useless to me, i dont enjoy it so wont go, and knowing i could go there oddly stops me from doing general excersise in other places.

    anyway … that is all for now.
