hrefs v2, api 0.1
So, had some spare time tonight so completely re-wrote a large chunk of the small code behind hrefs.co.uk - few reasons Im not going to go into but check it out. As a user there is nothing different, but now there is an extremely simple api, with only an add method right now. But its available with Plain, XML or JSON being returned so it can be used in multiple places.
Background:
hrefs is a short url site i did out of boredom, doesnt get used much but i thought id update it for my own piece of mind. Its currently hosted on my dreamhost account … which is fine unless the site hasnt had a hit in an hour or so, at which point the first mysql connect seems to take a little while to get its move on.
