So, its been a few weeks now with my iMac and …. I’m still loving it, got a nice development environment set up and the 24” screen is brilliant for coding. Also, the parallels powered windows xp setup for visual studio is brilliant in coherence mode. Its allowing me cross-platform development and testing on one machine without any apparent slow downs (the imac is much more powerful than the laptop for visual studio 2008)…
Next step i think is….. another 23/24” monitor. Obviously i’d like an apple cinema display to match but i think i’ll opt for a samsung 24” wish gloss finish to match something vaguely similar to the glass on the imac.
