New Laptop, well, netbook
so, i almost bought an iphone then desided to hold off for now. Instead I started looking at other net devices and decided that, although i love my laptop, its usually left on the desk - so maybe a second laptop was a good idea..
Anyway, after futher thought i then decided a laptop, while portable isnt quite as small as i wanted, yet the average umpc allways seem, well, crap. Then i saw it, the Acer Aspire One 150 model …. 120gb hard drive, 1.6ghz atom and 1gb of ram.
I’ve got to say - i formatted it and slammed xp pro on it - and i love this little thing with its 8.9” screen!
I’ll take some pics tomorrow and upload to flickr….
There are other reasons behind the netbook. I’ve been finding it hard to cut off from working at a pc and general browsing. My Hope is at the end of the day i can cut away from the working area and chill with my netbook just checking strands, twitter, etc…
